Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for managing and coordinating administrative work to serve the Company's activities such as: management of infrastructure, assets, equipment, stationery, information safety, information, archives; management of garages, service providers, uniforms, parcel delivery, reception, medical...
- Manage and control administrative costs to ensure optimal efficiency
- Track validity of term contracts, licences, certificates, etc. and proceed timely renewal.
- Support of fire prevention and fighting, occupational safety, occupational hygiene, environment... and make relevant license/legal documents…
- Jobs related to foreigners such as applying for visa, work permit, apartment, air ticket...
- Organization of programs and events of the company.
- Coordinate the implementation of procedures and legal documents of the company.
- Perform orientations and/or schedule training as needed for subordinates
- Other administrative tasks e.g., answering vendors feedback, preparing memos, POs, contracts, payment process, regular reports, etc.
- Perform other duties as directed by superiors.
- Support other departments when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Law or related field
- 02 years Experienced in the same position.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the chemical industry
- Honest, diligent, hard - working
- Good communication/ interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good analytical thinking, negotiation and problem - solving skills
- Managerial skills
- Ability to deal with suppliers/ landlord - ability to face with technical problems
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Use Office computer
- Working time: From Monday to half of Saturday.
- Working place: KCN Mỹ Xuân A, Phường Mỹ Xuân, Thị xã Phú Mỹ, Tỉnh Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu
