Job holder acts as an assistant to Head of Compliance to support Management Team of BIDV-Metlife in planning and implementing an effective Distribution Compliance Program, including conduct the training, risk-based review, handle sale force’s violation and implements all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of the Company.
• Develops, maintains and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Distribution Compliance Function in line with organizational objectives, internal business standard and applicable law.
• Develops, manages an effective distribution compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new agent as well as ongoing training for all sale force.
• Maintains an effective compliance communication channel for sale force to enhance ethic and compliant culture.
• Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and sale practice against sale force by evaluating or investigating and developing a system for uniform handling of such alleged violations.
• Monitors a reporting mechanism and provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep Head of Compliance and Management Team of BIDV-Metlife be informed the operation and progress of Distribution Compliance System.
Yêu cầu công việc
• University graduated in domain of Insurance/ Finance/ Law;
• Analytical and reporting skills; good ability to identity & solve problems;
• Strong communication skill, both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English;
• A minimum of 05 years relevant working experience (to include demonstrated leadership at least 3 years), preferably in law enforcement/ compliance/ management of distribution; experienced in sale system of insurers would be much preferred.
