JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare and submit documents to governmental authorities in accordance with the procedures as set out by prevailing laws and liaise with the relevant authorities for an approval or granting certificates;
  • Assist legal manager in providing legal advice to various departments as required;
  • Draft contracts in relation to the company’s operation and projects;
  • Propose and draft legal policies and/or internal rules and/or department standard of process for operation and compliance purpose;
  • Translate documents and correspondences from English into Vietnamese and vice versa;
  • Monitor safe keeping of the legal documents, sale & purchase contracts and other important documents of the Company and Maintain the filing system (hard copy and computer-based database) for all of the company’s important documents, in-coming and out-going correspondences, licenses, permits, approval papers, agreements, contracts, etc.;
  • Keep track of the circulation of important documents and correspondences among departments;
  • Notarize, distribute, and provide legal documents to concerned departments;
  • Assist the direct superior in research legal administration formalities, procedures and regulations, and drafting legal letters and documents when required;
  • Be responsible for daily administrative matters of Legal department;
  • Perform all other secretariat duties as required;
  • Periodically prepare report to the relevant governmental departments as required by laws; and Other tasks under the Legal department from time to time.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Graduated from Law University, Master Degree is preferable
  • Minimum of 5 year experience, particularly in drafting economic contracts and legal documentation for real estate projects
  • Familiarity and expertise in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate, Banking and Finance laws
  • Solid understanding of Land Law and Enterprise Law;
  • Fluent in Vietnamese & English (Spoken & Written); good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Work experience in administrative, clerical and/or secretariat work
  • Time management skills, planning and organizing skills
  • Attention to details and confidentiality
