- To develop and apply HR programs and policies as needed by the organization.
- To be in compliance with the company regulation and code of conducts that most suite the Company business activities and Vietnamese Law.
- To update new labor law and make sure are well communicated to the employees and BOD for implementation.
- Together with Internal Audit Manager and Functional manager/ Team Leader for solving employee complain and any.
- To be responsible for solving HR issues in the proper manner and suite the Vietnamese Law.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor
- Experience: At least 02 years in this position in Retail, FMCG, Consultancy service, F&B
- Skills: Management; Leadership; Data management and analysis; Decision making; Planning; Training/coaching; Good communication (Vietnamese and English or Korean) and negotiation;
- Other requirements: Law and regulation understanding; Interpersonal skill; High-pressure working; Flexibility; Ability to make change.
