A. Compensation and Benefit management:

1. Reward management

  • Update and follow up Salary and allowances policy; and others of reward policies;
  • Support on Salary review yearly and on special cases.

2. Monthly salary payment

  • Monthly review Time sheet and Overtime sheet;
  • Monthly Salary calculation;
  • Salary report monthly;
  • Final settlement and severance allowance calculation for stop working employees;

3. Working expense and advance payment

  • Update and follow up policy of working expense;
  • Do advance payment monthly.

4. Social, Health, Unemployment Insurances

  • Follow up the chances in labor contracts, stop-working employees and the attendance of employees in a month to make monthly insurance report;
  • Update and comply with Insurance law and legal update;
  • Calculate and check the expense for Insurance monthly;
  • Manage Social Insurance books for employees;
  • Manage Health Insurance cards and extend health insurance cards for employees;
  • Process claiming sick allowance for employees.

5. Personal Income Tax (PIT) management

  • Update and comply with PIT law and legal update;
  • Register PIT code, Family deduction;
  • Monthly update PIT No., Family deduction, process to update the chances of personal data in concerned;
  • Calculate PIT monthly;
  • Do PIT declaration monthly;
  • PIT settlement;
  • Issue PIT invoices;

B. General HR duties

1. Termination process for stop working employees

  • Proceed exit interviews;
  • Manage hand-over process;
  • Calculate termination allowance and do final payment;
  • Make termination decision and announcement of termination;
  • Finalize social insurance contribution and insurance books;
  • Others related tasked regarding the termination process.

2. Performance management and KPI appraisal

  • Review and update Job description upon request;
  • Support on KPI and performance management including the collecting the KPI forms from department heads and consolidate the KPIs to be submitted;
  • Support on KPI review and performance bonus yearly.

3. Monitoring Health care insurance and Accident insurance

  • Monthly report of Health care insurance and Accident Insurance;
  • Follow up the issuance of health care cards for employees;
  • Weekly claim medical expense and accident expense;
  • Daily follow up progress of payment from Insurance company;
  • Support employees on submitting more evident documents as requested from Insurance company;

4. Employee attendance management.

  • Review the employee attendance;
  • Tracking the employee attendance and reporting on monthly basis and upon request.

5. Employee Relation management

  • Support HR head on discipline management including consulting on labor law for the line managers, following up the discipline process, executing the discipline decision….
  • Cooperate with Trade union in consulting labor law knowledge for the employees and be a contact point in collecting the complaints of employees in compensation and benefits for HR head to have the relevant adjustment on reward policy.
  • Reports
  • Generate periodical reports including salary/head counts/turn-over reports monthly basis or ad-hoc reports upon request;
  • Other HR-administration tasks:
  • Employee database management including updating the employees’ information for new comers and personal profile for exiting employees;
  • Employees’ labor contract management including generating the contract for new comers and appendix yearly or upon request.

Good knowledge on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related to Map Pacific

  • Support on total salary survey activities by yearly basis or upon request.
  • Admin/ reception tasks when the others are away
  • Some staff-motivating activities

Knowledge and education level:

  • University graduation in related field

Skills

  • Good demand in English (4 skills – TOEIC 600 points is a plus)
  • Demand of MS. Office – strong Excel skills is a must.
  • Have good knowledge of labor law and practical experience to deal with labor disputes.
  • Have practical experience with salary survey or good net working with salary market.
  • At least 3 year experience in the same position.
