- Be responsible for full-cycle of recruitment activity for Can Tho centers
- Coordinate with the Head quarter to implement recruitment plans for Can Tho centers
- Be in charge of conducting induction and orientation to new hires
- Arrange all documents needed to welcome newcomer/ handle exit clearance to resigned employees
- Collect monthly payroll data including attendance sheet, overtime records and do the payroll to process payment to employees
- Take care of submitting the necessary reports to Labor, SHUI, PIT, etc. to relevant authorities
- Cooperate with Line Managers in Da Nang centers to conduct employee performance review
- Coordinate to build salary frame, carry out registering salary level with local authorizes (if require)
- Support and coordinate to organize company events for Can Tho centers (if any)
- Observe and manage the administrative operation for all centers in Can Tho
- Purchase the necessary stationeries, water, etc. (if require) and support to follow monthly expenses for Can Tho centers
- Report all HR issues and activities to Line Manager and Head quarter (if any)
- Other tasks to be assigned by Line Manager

- Experience, Skills and Competences
- Proven three (03) years of experience working at the same position
- Strong English
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Honest, detailed, patient, supportive and can-do attitude
- Time-management skills
