Employee Relation Specialist

We are finding Talent for Employee Relation Specialist position who will be responsible for:

• Sustain a good relationship with the employees of the respective section in the production floor in order maintain the unauthorized absenteeism & labor turnover as agreed by the business.
• Assist in creating a productive and focused environment in the relevant production section in order for the production process to run smoothly.
• Motivate workers to achieve department goals.
• Submit the absenteeism & turnover information for the report preparation
• Facilitate the process of creating an informed and educated workforce
• Maintain Disciplinary code and procedure.
