+ Government Risk & Compliance Management

  • Provide legal & administrative support and guidance to the board of directors.
  • Ensure that the company complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur
  • Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company
  • Performing a risk evaluation: Evaluating the company’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements
  • Preparing risk management budgets
  • Risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience. (Educating the board of directors about the most significant risks to the business; ensuring business heads understand the risks that might affect their departments; ensuring individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks)
  • Explaining the external risk posed by corporate governance to stakeholders
  • Creating business continuity plans to limit risks
  • Executes important documentation on behalf of the company
  • Ensure that meetings such as the monthly operation review, business review… complying with the organization’s government document and its procedures…

+ Administration management

  • Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Taking minutes
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree, majoring in Law
  • 3-5 years’ experience in related field ;
  • Possess excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Possess a solid knowledge of Microsoft office application (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point)
  • Proficient in English
  • Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company
  • Risk Management job qualifications and requirements
