• Prepare and support the relocation of the IT Department to new premises
• Be the first point of contact and deal with external stakeholders (both for the movement and office management)
• Organize, maintain, and update the internal database, including both physical and digital records
• Maintain and implement office administrative procedures and systems (stationery, hygiene, safety, etc.)
• Keep an accurate record of fixed assets and equipment, conduct stock checks once a year
• Monitor the use of equipment and facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained and repaired/replaced on schedule
• Conduct paperwork related to ex-pats (visa, work permit, TRC, etc.)
• Assist with administrative tasks for company events (annual health check, company trips or year-end parties, etc.)
• Support ensuring employees comply with company policies
• Support On-boarding and Off-boarding processes for the newcomers and leavers respectively
• Translate documents
• Support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Managers and the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, General Affairs, or related HR position
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken) are a must
• Administrative and organizational skills
• Knowledge of visa, work permit, and TRC paperwork (Expats) + Visa overseas for locals (e.g. Japan)
• Good knowledge of labor law
• High sense of responsibility, can-do attitude, solution-oriented mindset, good team player
• Active listening skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems is an advantage
