- Handle tasks relating to insuarance and benefits.
- Do labour contracts.
- Handle documents for foreign managers such as labor permits
- Conduct internal training on company policies and other procedures
- Follow up and update compliance profile.
- To implement safety and health procedures and develop internal work procedures to comply with legal obligation.
- Work with customers or third parties about factory audit when needed
- Work with authorities about labour, insurance issues.
- Other tasks assigned by Board of Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good communication skill and social skill, fluent in English, computer, priority on Garment fields
- Understanding of International Labor Code and applicable Labor laws of Viet Nam
- Over 1 years experiences in garment factory as HR staff, compliance staff, environmental , Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Safety and related fields ...
- Knowledge on labor law and human resources
- Knowledge of Local Law, Compliance, HSE management, Management Systems, regulatory agencies and resources
