Mô tả công việc
• Handle monthly timesheet, record annual leave, overtime and day off in lieu.
• Calculate and ensure monthly payroll on time.
• Update and maintain HR database.
• Calculate and make finalization of Personal Income Tax for all employees (register PIT code, Dependents,…)
• Declare monthly Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Un-employment Insurance.
• Declare No. of employee to Labor Dept.
• Update Labor Law, compensation and benefits policy.
• Other tasks assigned by HR Manager and Directors.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management or related fields
• At least 3 years working experience in the same position
• Detailed, well-organized and able to independently to meet datelines
• Communication skills, spoken and written English
• Address: 27 Nguyễn Trung Trực, Bến Thành Ward, District 1, HCM City.
• Salary: Negotiable upon capability
• Working hour: 44 hours/ week (from Monday to Friday)
