RESPONSIBILITIES

- Department Lead: Manage and monitor overall HR activities, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

- Recruitment:

  • Build up recruitment plan.
  • Review and improve recruitment procedure.
  • Employer branding.

- Training and Development:

  • Review and re-design Employee Education Circle (EEC).
  • Take charge of EEC implementation.
  • Build up company performance review and feedback systems.

- Compensation & Benefit:

  • Manage timesheet.
  • Implement other benefits and related payments (Social & Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Personal Income Tax) and coordinate with external agency for tax declaration.
  • Plan for C&B monthly and yearly budget together with activities.

EXPECTED RESULTS

  • Ensure HR strategies aligned with the overall business direction.
  • Ensure quantity and quality of human resource meet the demand for growth of the organization.
  • No. qualified new recruits who pass probation time.
  • Company brand awareness towards potential employee.
  • EEC quality.
  • Training quality.
  • Company and department efficiency.
  • Payroll and pay slip are processed timely & accurately.
  • Every employee are fully ensured their employment benefits and rights according to the Labor Law.
  • Staff satisfaction in bonding activities.

DETAIL EXPERIENCES/SKILLS

  • At least one-year experience as HR Business Partner for Sales in Multinational Corporation (MNC) or HR Team Leader in Small and Medium Enterprise (SME).
  • Have strong knowledge and experiences with Recruitment Procedure, Company feedback and review systems.
  • Have immense passion for HR.
  • Good sense of people development and company culture.
  • Good task management skill.
  • Strong thinking and ownership.

OTHER WORKING INFORMATION

  • Position: Human Resources Manager
  • Department: Human Resources.
  • Supervisor position: Managing Director.
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
  • Working location: 119 Luong Dinh Cua, Binh An Ward, District 2, HCM
  • Company’s computer provided: No.
  • Salary Payment time: 5th every month.
  • 15 annual leaves per year.
  • Social Insurance will be applied when you pass probation.
