Job objectives:
He or she will be responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of all HR processes

Key responsibilities:
· Managing a team of 8
· Ensure all the administrative aspects related to the employees such as: payroll, personnel records, health insurance, contract activation/renewal/termination, time attendance, etc
· Support management decision through the preparation, update, and recommendation of human resource policies and procedures.
· Maintain the organization recruiting new employees according to the internal selection process
· Fulfill HR internal reporting requests about labor cost, people turnover, absenteeism and other HR KPI’s
· Manage performance management process according to company rules and timing.
· Manage people development initiatives facilitating job rotations, promotions, demotions and other organizational changes. Ensure remuneration allowances and benefits of staff in compliance with the internal policies and the external market–
· Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable law requirements
· Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administrations and assist resolve working related issues
· Labor and employee relations
· Training and development of employees – responsible for the language training group
· Work permits, residence permits if applicable
· Support the daily HR activities
· To assist in HR-related programs & activities whenever necessary
· HRIS system in use - SAP

Additional:
· Understanding of local C&B
· Good relations to local authorities
· Broad knowledge and experience in human resources policies

Special Requirements:
· Proficiency in MS office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· 3-5 years of HR management role experience preferably with foreign Company
· Cross Functional Appreciation
· Work well under pressure and in very fast paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
· Fluent English (Speaking and Writing)
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent presentation skill
· SAP experience is preferable

Min. education level:
· University or college
· Major-University graduate preferably in Human Resources Management or equivalent
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration

Other:
· Working 5.5 days a week (1/2 Saturday)
· Plant environment
