• Drafting and managing contracts:
• Drafting and Reviewing Contracts to ensure compliance with the provisions of law, preventing risks, and optimizing the company's requirements.
• Preparing documents for acceptance tests and contract liquidation process when the projects are completed.
• Report contracts when due for acceptance and payment.
• Issue invoices and track payments from customers
• Perform other customer-related tasks
• Consulting and implementing legal issues:
• Legal due diligence on internal documents/external documents, contracts/agreements signed by the company, legal documents, and other documents of the company.
• Researching and updating legal regulations related to the Company's field of operation, advising the Board of Directors and departments of the Company on new policies.
• Perform work related to the registration, change, and establishment of branches and representative offices; regulatory reports, notices, and other procedures.
• Other jobs:
• Make detailed reports when required.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
● 2-year experience
● Bachelor of Laws
● Good English communication, read and understand written contracts in English, proficient in office computer.
● Objective, confidential and prudent; Work organization skills, agility, problem-solving, good feedback.
● Candidates working in the Advertising industry is preferred
