Legal Intern (With allowance)
Mô tả công việc
- Carrying out legal research and reporting to supervisors on legal matters regarding Foreign Direct Investment, Corporate Law, M&A, Real Estate & Construction, Labor Law, Commercial law, etc;
- Travel to competent authorities to file, and supplement the application and discuss with officials as assigned;
- Translate the legal procedures and documents to send to the client;
Yêu cầu công việc
- An undergraduate senior or fresh graduate with a Major in Law;
- Excellent command of written and spoken legal English;
- Strong legal research skills;
- Independence, strong communication, careful and proactive manner
- Have an aptitude for analysis and problem-solving.
- Working location: 21st Floor, Vietcombank Tower, No. 5 Me Linh Square, District 1, HCMC
Phúc lợi công việc
- Benefit: To be entitled to a monthly allowance
- Working time: Hybrid, working in the office and remotely from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
