Mô tả công việc
• Provides direct legal and business advisory services to foreign investors in establishing and operating foreign businesses in Vietnam
• Research and draft documents and implement administrative procedures with the Government
• Work and maintain a good relationship with Government Officers to push customer’s dossiers and solve the troubles if any
• Represent the clients in working with competent authorities, where necessary.
• Participate in other legal advice activities for customers
• Consult in the work permit, temporary resident, visa, etc., for foreigners
• Meet independently and/or with company team with existing and potential clients and advise over legal and tax issues affecting their investment plans for Vietnam
• Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client’s issues
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Yêu cầu công việc
• Degree holder, major in Law
• At lease 5 years working experience in professional service and/or Law firms
• Member of Lawyer Association is preferred.
• Flexibility to adapt to business requirements and changing laws and regulations
• Must be an initiative, independent and strong motivation
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese; specialist Law major in English
• Have a good relationship with Government Officers and have a Law Degree is an advantage
• C.V. in English
