Associate - Drafting/Reviewing contracts relating to operation of enterprises such as capital transfer contract, property purchase contract, labor contract, etc. - Performing the licensing procedures on corporate, investment, real estate and labor. - Performing the procedures for enterprise dissolution, termination of investment projects. - Advising legal/regulatory issues to clients (both foreigners and Vietnamese) on M&A, corporate, investment, real estate, labor, etc. - Participating in negotiation of commercial transactions between client and its partners. - Participating in resolve of civil disputes in court. - Conducting research and analysis of information/legal documents. - Liaising, working with competent authorities of Vietnam.
