- Develop multi-channel, personalized programs that incorporate lead scoring, behavioral data, and engagement activity to engage customers and drive revenue.
- Measure and analyze automation marketing activities against key metrics, define recommendations, and communicate performance results with the team.
- Collaborate effectively with the internal digital team, customer service, and marketing team to recommend and execute the best lead generating strategies in line with business expectations.
- Driven by excellence and a desire to improve through A/B testing and continuous optimisation.

- At least 2-years of working experience in a relevant role: workflows, automation, templates, email marketing, lead nurturing campaigns.
- Proficient in using platforms such as SFMC Automation, CDP Platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Well organization & dedicated follow up.
