• Developing the Marketing strategy for the company and managing the Marketing budget to ensure cost effectiveness and return on investment.
• Designing, delivering and maintaining annual Marketing plans for all stores within the retail network and website.
• Designing and maintaining the social media planning calendar to ensure the efficient creation of Marketing collateral to support company promotions, events and operations.
• Identifying and coordinating local campaigns in collaboration with PR agencies to deliver on local PR and media placement opportunities.
• Developing relationships with shopping centre management, other local luxury business (hotels, cars…) to identify and deliver on new Marketing opportunities.
• Interpreting and analysing sales management information and market trend data to enable tactical and strategic decisions to be made
• Monitoring, analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of Marketing activities to the Senior Management team.
• Conduct continual competitor analysis and research, adopting responsibility for highlighting effective marketing trends, design…found within the luxury fashion business and other industries in order to propose new strategies and improve business.
