• Responsible for daily office administration duties;
• Supervise and monitor secretarial work flow to ensure timely completion;
• Assist the lawyers and partners of the firm in monitoring and supervising subordinates;
• Keep records of all documentations involving to contract, payment, legal book, case files and legal documents;
• Organize, schedule, prepare and attend company's meetings;
• Ensure all office equipment and company facilities are well maintained;
• Translation of documents assigned by lawyers and managers;
• Apply and prepare documents for visa, air ticket and hotel accommodation for business trips of lawyers and managers; and
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the lawyers and managers.

• Female preferred between 22 to 30 years old;
• University degree;
• Independent and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Careful, high responsibility and willing to learn;
• Detail oriented, well-organized and team spirit;
• Proactive, ready to work under pressure and respect deadlines;
• Honest, integrity, loyalty and enthusiasm;
• Have an extremely positive/cheerful 'can-do' attitude and able to multi-task;
• Long-term commitment;
• Excellent command of English and advanced PC skills;
• Prefer candidate can start working immediately.
• Working time: from Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day; and
• Workplace: Level 5, Petroland Tower, 12 Tan Trao, Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC
