• Check the validity of Recruitment Requests from other departments. Post Job Advertisements in appropriate sources, do research to find suitable candidates.
• Screen, sort and interview the potential candidates, ensure the quality of candidates before shortlisting to other departments.
• Perform reference & salary check of candidates when required.
• In charge of the recruitment for junior to supervisor levels.
• Maintain candidate database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs.
• Welcome, provide the orientation for new employees. Contact related personel to ensure the quality of candidates' on-boarding.
• Develop the recruitment process to be more innovative and cost effective.
• Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 1 years experienced in same position.
• Have strong skill in recruitment, searching and networking
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Interviewing and evaluation skill
• Can-do attitude, mature and proactive
• Time management skill
