Mô tả công việc

This person shall be in charge of day to day sales admin work to facilitate the sales of properties, including:
1. Prepare documentation for sales of individual units. Liaison with purchasers, sales agent, and sales team to complete the sales documentation set, including making phone calls to purchasers to confirm on sales information.
2. Play as a coordinator between developers, sales team and sales agents and recording sales result of both sales team and sales agents.
3. Prepare commission consolidation between agents, sales team and finance team and doing payment accordingly.
4. Arrange filing and report on day to day sales figure.
5. Support other day-to-day sales admin work and report to sales manager.
6. Assist sales manager and HOD in arranging presentation, training, meeting with external parties like customer, sales agents, banks etc.
7. Assist S&M team in other admin works when necessary.

- Good communication in English and Vietnamese and customer service skills.
- Being able to work in details and under pressure.
- Team spirit, willing to work as team and honesty.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays is essential.
- Perfect skills in words and excel.
- Drive for results, Problem solving and organization skills.
