Mô tả công việc

- Handling all incoming orders and provides distributor with information on products
- Works at a company system, simultaneously communication via email or phone
- Checks inventory to make sure the requested product is available
- Classify order with promotion price or any promotion packages.
- Handling customer requirement
- Update status and ATP to each order.
- Prepare DO and send to Warehouse
- Verifies customer information is correct and up-to-date
- Inform customer of the shipping date and any possible delays
- Notifies appropriate department of order and shipping date
- Review SO for delivery on time and control SO pending
- Files copies of all orders received
- Monitor open SO, provide regular order status report

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree in related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the same role
- Good command of English
- Good computer & Microsoft office skill
- High responsibility
- Having the ability to work under high pressure & work in a team
- Logical thinking
* Working place: Head Office, Yen Binh, Duong Xa, Gia Lam, Ha Noi (Company provide buses to pick up from the urban areas)
* Duration: Temporary for 8 months
