Main roles:
1. Maintain and develop the relationship with partners/ customers: 85%
2. Manage all other sales activities: 15%

Key responsibilities:
1. Take care of strategic partners/ customers of company as banks. Build the good relationship and reputation of company with strategic partners/ customers;
2. Make contracts for Shared POS business with banks;
3. Push the business progress from top to down, ensure sales project always meet with the schedule;
4. Other activities relating company’s strategic partners/ customers

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience
1. Bachelor degree or higher in banking, finance, economics or related field;
2. At least 5 years experiences as a Sales in Banking, Fintech or Software Solution industry
3. Have experiences in card payment industry, bank’s card center is a plus;
4. Have a wide range of networks and relationship in bank card payment industry;

Key competencies
1. Ability to establish and maintain effective contact and relationships with banks and;
2. Ability to develop new partners/ customers in a fast pace;
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving ability and critical thinking;
4. Self-motivation, adaptability and flexibility
5. Excellent leadership skills
