This position is responsible for the management and oversight of Compensation & Benefits tasks in an effective & efficient manner to achieve the Company business goals, including but not limited to:
1. Compensation and Benefit (C&B) (70%):
- Process and ensure a proper control of monthly Payroll including data collection, overtime reports, payroll and allowances computation, payroll reconciliation.;
- Deal with all relevant Personal Income Tax (PIT) matters: tax code registration for staff and dependents, quarterly PIT declaration, individual tax returns, PIT finalization;
- Understand well and process the statutory social/health/unemployment insurance matters including the monthly reports, reconciliations, costing reports, insurance claims….and other statutory DOLISA reports ( labour usage/annual self-check/labour accident reports….)
- Handle benefits operations including medical insurance benefits administration, annual health check, other benefits in accordance with the Company policies;
- Ensure all tasks and processes are compliant and performed in a timely manner and efficiently;
- Deliver the answers and advices to internal clients for Compensation and Benefits matters based on the experience and good understanding of Labour Law, PIT Law, Social insurance Law;
- Liaise well with the Authorities persons in charge: Social insurance/Tax/DOLISA officers;
- Identify the significant or potential issues/risks to propose the solutions and timely escalate to higher levels;
- Propose, evaluate and modify the policies to make sure that all the C&B policies are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide support to all staff with on-board procedures, guidelines; ensure all appropriate HR administrative procedures and documents are promptly applied in case of promotion, transfer, contract renewal, probation end, resignation, termination, etc…;
- Assist Manager to supervise and review tasks performed by the juniors;
- Act as a Team Lead in the absence of Manager;
- Participate/ assist Manager in implementing team's projects & initiatives and other ad-hoc tasks.
2. HRIS Management (10%)
- Work with Managers to install new HRM systems successfully and maintain HRM systems to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness after the system goes live.
- Act as an administrator for HR systems and personnel data, ensure on-time in full updates, generate reports, and maintain the highest data accuracy.
3. Others (20%)
- Support in organizing Company’s events to enhance employee’s engagement and promote a fun but professional environment: including but not limited to Team-building activities, year-end party or company trip (if any).
- Support Manager in periodic and ad hoc performance evaluations and annual salary review.
- Support in HR projects from time to time.
- Others as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration/ Law;
- At least 3-4 years’ strong experience in C&B role in relevant tasks with good knowledge of labour law, PIT Law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations;
- Experience in operating Human Resources Information System (HRIS) including payroll tools is preferable;
- Good at MS office (word, excel, power point..) and database system;
- Good at communication and customer-oriented;
- Good at English both speaking & writing;
- Good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking;
- Mature, careful and result-oriented;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner;
- Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
