- Maintaining and increasing sales of D’art Chocolate products.
- Follow and build Sales Strategies and Targets to reach the goals set for Hanoi.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base.
- Servicing the needs of our existing customers.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Compiling and analysing sales figures.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Reporting to senior managers.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Help build programs to drive growth and healthy engagement among customer.

Yêu cầu công việc

- A passion for building an established chocolate brand towards the next level.
- 3+ years experience in a sales or marketing environment or similar.
- Numbers-driven approach towards hitting targers.
- Flexible and can deal effectively with rapid changes in the market.
- Entrepreneurial mindset (self-motivated, tenacious, resourceful, and independent).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
