- Manage all compensation and benefits for Vietnamese (branch) and Expatriates (including payroll, benefits, labor contract, accounting reports, Government reports…)
to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Directly work for matters related to Expatriates.
- Act as a consultant for Expatriates, for all PIT issues, labor issues, internal processes of expatriates timely, accurate and compliant with legal regulations.
- Handle compensation & benefits of expats. Together with tax consultants, do the declaration of ex-pats’ PIT quarterly/yearly and finalization.
- Assist to perform job evaluations or re-evaluations, salary benchmark analyses and prepare recommendations, assist to develop new job descriptions and maintaining standard job descriptions, job rankings, and salary structures and data up-to-date.
- Participate in other HR projects will be assigned by management (HR System - SAP SuccessFactors, etc)
- Undertake specific projects within the HR function as required
Yêu cầu công việc
- Universiry graduated.
- Good knowledge in the Labor and related Employment Law.
- High passion for HR, specialized in C&B.
- Strongly Experience in Payroll, Insurance, and PIT (Local & Expat).
- Knowledge of Social, Health, Unemployment Insurance.
- Experience from 03 years above.
- Fluent written and verbal in English.
