Mô tả công việc
- Draft service contract, invoice, follow up the contract status with Client (signed date, expired date, payment date)
- Rotating reception role. (Not a full time reception)
- Search suppliers/service provider as well as asking for quotations, dealing prices
- Assist in job posting, screening applications and schedule for interviewing by manager.
- Check, monitor the monthly expenses: office renting, stationery, telephone, courier, grab, drinking water
- Assist in administrative and general affair.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduate University in related field
- Female is requested.
- Possesses communications skills in English (both written and verbal as Conversational business level and able to communicate using basic grammar and vocabularies)
- General understanding of local government labor rules and regulations
- Good time management, organization skills
- Near D7 has advantage
