Mô tả công việc
- Follow up & Monitor the cleaning and security status in factory. Make check list of items which need to be repaired & maintained, and coordinate with Maintenance Department to do needful
- Follow up & look after Expat's Houses & Expats' house maids
- Follow up car contract, tree contract, garbage contract, sanitation contract, general contract, security service contract, food supplier contract… Reimburse the toll fees paid by the drivers every week, or month depend on finance requirement; Receive, check & follow up all related red invoice
- Arrange the transportation for Expats and employees and motorbike and truck (If any)
- Arrange meeting room: refreshment & meals for Visitors & Expats, VIP visitors, Welcome guests & contact related persons, Arrange flowers for all events
- Make work permit, resident card and police clearance report for Expat, Arrange/ extend visa for visitors and expat, Make registration of stay for expat
- Book hospital appointment for Expats if required, Book ticket and hotel for visitors and expats
- Coordinate to arrange Company Event
- Make name card if required
- Receive mobile phone bills of users monthly (company sim), get them to sign for confirmation on the cost, and then transfer to Finance for payment
- Manage and make gate pass for waste/ garbage/utensils
