- Prepare document, register & report to Commercial Department for all promotion campaigns of the company
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Work with internal & suppliers to prepare all marketing materials. Ensure all finish goods is consistency & delivery on time in nationwide
- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information of marketing department

Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- Experience in retail is preferable
