1. Job duties

Report line: HR & Admin Team Leader

Payroll management

  • Process employee data (new hires, changes, additional earnings…);
  • Process employee Time & Attendance data from the company's system to payroll and reconcile variances by utilizing tools;
  • Check records of employees' working hours, review them for accuracy, and verify attendance and hours worked;
  • Process payroll (calculate, reconcile, prepare for bank transfer, distribute payslip) timely and accurately.

PIT & Dependent Registration

  • Register for the issuance of PIT code for all employees and their dependents;
  • Perform PIT finalization on a yearly basis for all Vietnamese staff.

Social Insurance

  • Register Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance contributions for new employees;
  • Make the report to Social Insurance Agency every month as per mandatory requirements;
  • Make claims for social insurance benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc.) and follow up payment for employees;
  • Contact Social Insurance Agency on providing social insurance books and health care cards for employees as per regulations;
  • Complete the transferring procedure of Social Insurance Book for leaving staff.

Labor book & report

  • Make the periodical report to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs as per mandatory requirements;
  • Contact Social Insurance Agency and Labor authorities on providing social insurance books and health care cards for employees as per regulations;
  • Preparing periodical labor reports to be sent to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.

Labor contract

  • Make/ follow labor contract for new staff, annex to the labor contract, contract renewal on time

Employee’s profile management

  • Set up records and personnel file for new employees;
  • Maintain employee’s records in the personnel file.

Rules and Regulations

  • Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations;
  • Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates (if any) to follow the rules and regulations.

Other duties

  • Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the HR & Admin Team Leader

2. Work time

  • Monday to Friday (8 AM - 17 PM; 01-hour break at noon)

3. Work location

  • IvyPrep Head Office: 34-36 Nguyễn Thị Thập, Khu dân cư Him Lam, Phường Tân Hưng, Quận 7, Tp.HCM
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Has at least a Bachelor Degree;
  • At least 02-year experience in compensation and benefits roles;
  • Strong understanding of current law and regulations;
  • Good command of English;
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proactive & hard-working

  • Able to start as soon as possible
