- This position is responsible for leading a KAE team on aspects of account management focused on the assigned territory, channel or portfolio. This position will focus on these account imperatives:

- Maximize the access the company products to the assigned territory

- Demonstrating leadership with key account through engagement activities with key stakeholders

- Deliver financial goals including KAM objective but not limited at key account performance

- Establish governance model of Retail (AVRR/FMCG…) to Key Account making sure achieving business objective.

- Build up short-long term partnership with key account in specific tactic by account

- Enhance patients reach via chain’s membership to educate disease awareness and loyalty/adherence.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead a group of KAEs in the assigned territory/ channel or portfolio:

- To collect competitive intelligence, analyze and maximize of the information in building account strategy & action plan

- To understand Key stakeholder influence network and create the map of the influence

- To pay close attention to health policy development as well as chances and challenges in industry and impact to the business, which also includes impact of publication impact on prescription behaviors, new medical guidelines …

- To build and execute value propositions and offers programs based on mutual benefits between the company and the account

- To monitor progress in key accounts and evolve action plans as appropriate (monitor account contacts, account action plan execution…)

- To ensure that sales opportunities are maximized across the total product portfolio

- Responsible for the account and stakeholder relationship development

- Provide support in the development of account plan which focus on long-term strategic executive engagement programs with key stakeholders.

- Lead and motivate the team; accountable for coaching, developing and engagement of direct reports, in addition to recruitment and selection of staff.

- Development of customers and creating sustainable long-term relationship with decision makers at stakeholder organizations. Expand the relationship to the executive team within the stakeholder organizations.

- Active collaborate with other departments, i.e. Marketing, Field Force, Medical, H&V …to build account strategies and initiatives to meet customer needs.

- Complies with all Corporate Policies and Procedures, while conducting all job-related activities with integrity and adherence to high standards of business conduct.

***Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Pharmaceutical

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma industry.

- Minimum 2 years-experience in field force management including hiring, directing and managing field force activities.

Marketing experience if preferred

- Knowledge of the evolving healthcare environment.

- Cross functional collaborative experience.

- Good communication in written and spoken English

- Computer literate including manipulating Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word.
