Mô tả công việc

- Leading a human plan that provides suitable people solutions (recruitment, replacement, restructures temporaries, interns, etc.) for company demand. Reviewing, developing and implementing HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values.
- Responsible to handle full spectrum of HR functions including processing payroll, recruitment, training, employee orientation, employee welfare and benefits, compensation and disciplines issues
- To manage Employee Recognition, Performance & Reward, C&B, employment cost & budget control.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll and accuracy of all payroll data transactions
- Liaise with government departments to arrange Insurance, Work Visa, Work Permit, Residence Card, License, etc.
- Manage scheduling and facilitation of interview schedules
- Collecting all new hire paperwork for filing and processing
- Prepare and process agreements for employees
- Conduct all new hire orientations and assist in the preparation and scheduling of onboarding plans for new staff hires
- Manage leave of absence related questions
- Update and manage HR related resources that are available for staff
- Develop company events and activities on a regular basis
- Capacity to understand people issues impacting the business and ability to exercise good judgement in maintaining confidentiality, escalating issues to higher management, and liasing with employees.
- Capacity to understand problems and issues in the context of the bigger picture and understand relationships among subcomponents.
- Very strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor in Business, Human Resources or related disciplines.
- Experience in the leadership role of Human Resources and Event Management
- Ability to build strong working relationships and work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the organization.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, orally and writing alike.
- Good knowledge of labor regulations, employment relations & HR practices.
- People oriented, strategic mind, analytical thinking, effective problem-solving skill, result focus
