• Control the appraisal reports in accordance with regulations: Appraisal guidelines, credit file review, evaluation, and supplementation of Appraisal reports.
• Identify and implement measures to minimize and prevent risks in credit approval, aiming for safe and efficient credit growth.
• Ensure timely processing of files according to product regulations.
• Train and guide staff in credit appraisal procedures over the phone.
• Monitor and take responsibility for the approval rate of files, debt ratio, and
appraisal quality of the entire team.
• Directly handle customer complaints.
• Manage the personnel of the team and perform other assigned tasks by the
Department Head.
• Previously involved in projects: Cash24, UW FE CREDIT, KYC FE CREDIT.
