Support attorneys or senior associates with corresponding with clients, drafting quotation and preparation for all legal matters which shall be taken at direct consulting meetings with clients.
Review and draft agreements, in Vietnamese and/or English, embodying service agreements related to diverse lines, civil, IP licensing, labor, leasing, purchasing agreements, official letters for lots of legal matter, legal consultant letters and support clients with dispute, complaint resolutions.
Perform licensing procedures related to enterprise, investment registration, including but not limited to registration of enterprise establishment, registration of changes in enterprise registration information, conversion of the type of business entity and FDI establishment registration.
Carry out other licensing procedures, including but not limited to Asking for permission to hold international conference and seminar in Vietnam, Registration of distribution of publications, Registration of CFS, Notifying the set-up of sales e-commerce websites and applications.
