- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer
service, human resources, administration and sales
• Make all operation budget plans in one year for Apax Leaders center and
report to BOD about all weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly related reports.
• Account for all issues related to centers from finance, sales (revenue, profits,
P&L,…), development plan, image and reputation.
• Forecast and manage Center headcount; to coordinate with HR team in
recruiting and utilizing talents effectively.
• Be responsible for making plan on training, coaching, mentoring academic
knowledge and skills for all staffs to maximize their capacity.
• Plan and manage all PR and Marketing events for the Center in order to spread
Center’s image at the specific area.
• Control all matters related to its customers and teachers; solve all customer's
complaints.
• Maintain and operate The Center to align with the 5* standard for all Apax
Leaders system

• Responsible for the administration of the branch in the direct-sales,
telemarketing, customer service, internal marketing, control and
management of the branch’s smooth operations.
• To ensure that all facilities at the branch are at optimum level of operation
and effective learning.
• Design and develop phone call scripts for telemarketing.
Responsible for providing training to sales-staff;
+ improving sales- figures and meet their targets (through training course &
coaching days).
+ Assisting (training) sales staff on effective sales strategies.
+ interact with other to Identify areas for Improvement everyday focus on products
to build up & follow training program. Forecasting budget for staff training
+ Examining data and adjust personal target accordingly
+ Evaluating and providing further training to sales staff according to their
performances

- Planning/Budgeting/Managing/ Organizing for whole courses training and a wellgrooming outlook for staff in the year.
- Presentation duty at during events/ training sessions (internal & external courses/workshops) in the most effective and creative way to meet the end-user expectation. Besides, that play the role as the main host for beauty workshops. Ensure customers know about the brand image, the technical knowledge basic (about skin, makeup application) and consultation for customers concerns to push sales.
- Update & apply new knowledge, techniques (skin check, make-up,
massage) for counter manager/store managers/beauty advisors to
enhance the frontline.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and
measure results
- Participate in the BA evaluation and selection process for my division.
Design and develop appropriate instructional materials such as manuals, guides.
