1. Sales and Customer Service
- Gather information to fully understand agent requests and present options to meet their
needs.
- Identify and take action to up-sell and promote all TOI destinations, Tailored Experiences
and partner products.
- Support clients immediately by hotline or email.
- Take ownership of and monitor individual sales process and follow up with agents to
increase booking conversion.
- Liaison with Product and Reservations departments to ensure feasibility of options.
- Prepare proposals and quotes for retail agents or direct clients up to 80% of each day.
- Negotiate fees and changes with agents (where necessary) to gain agreement.
- Send final confirmation and any travel documents or vouchers to agents.
- Report any errors regarding information onTourplan to Supervisor.
- Co-ordinate with Product Department to update content and tariffs.
- Send individual booking invoices to agents or direct clients when bookings are confirmed.
- Work with operations or reservations to help solve problems for clients on the ground when
required.
- Maintain relationships with retail travel agents by ensuring personal service is optimized.
- Solve problems from client's feedback or troubles during their trip.

- Attend regular training courses to keep up to date with both product and procedure.

- Managing sales plan of VA including developing, implementing, monitoring and reports
- Working directly with hotels and tour desks for sales of tour and boost sales and
revenue
- Managing a weekly/monthly schedule of visits and meetings to achieve expected targets
- Acting as a team leader of the direct sale team including all sale agents of other companies
and partners (sale agents, concierge, receptionists at hotel etc.)
- Represent and sell the Company's products / services at VVA front desk with the
following responsibilities
- Promote the tours with Cafe guests
- Up sell tour guests for another tour, eg. people going on day tour, show them videos of the
night tour and vice versa. Also promote tours in other destinations.
- Look for daily specials for tours the Company wishes to push that day.
- Get flyers and special offers to guests/agents/hotels in Hoi An and Da Nang.
- Meet tour guests when they come to Cafe Zoom before or after tours.
- Inform Branch Manager of all problem concerning Company customers within the sales
territory.
- Contribute ideas for VA further development (if there is)
- Accurately represent and state Company products and policies to all potential and present
customers.
- Master all VA's products and policies (rates, commission, discount...) and train the
direct sales team of the products and policies.
- Assist in sales activities via phone direct sale and VVA tour desk.
- Working closely with the Branch Manager and COO to develop and manage sales and
marketing campaigns to increase sales and revenues.
- Attend industry events in the area
- Work with hotels in Hoi An and Da Nang
