• Build reliable suppliers to widen the network and stay up-to-date to every market moves for the commodities like pepper, desiccated coconut, cinnamon, star aniseed, cashew nuts and natural rubber.
• Establish and develop sale activity of natural rubber and pepper with different trade houses in EU and Asia as their representative in Vietnam to contribute more profit to the company.
• Collaborate with Director and partners to know buyer’s reactions and demand. Keep updated about any market moves or fluctuation for back-up plan. Set-up buying and selling strategy. Plan product stock.

• Evaluate suppliers and partners to make sure they are good enough for mutual cooperation.
• Negotiate with suppliers to have the best price and good quality.
• Work on compensation should any issue be raised after containers reached Port of Discharge.
• Be responsible for any issue related to the commodities in charge in Vietnam.
