Receive request from other department in factory.
Find, choice, negotiate about prices from suppliers.
Calculate materials for order production.
Make purchasing order to send them to local and overseas suppliers.
Control the freight, lead time of all items (local and overseas) and shorten the lead time delivery date
Contact the local and overseas suppliers to solve the problem about quality of materials.
Ensure the ordered material are compliance about quality & delivery timely for schedule production.
Propose the idea to solve the problem with the best for all sides
