Main Tasks:
Engagement Planning and Management:
+ Negotiated with clients for time schedule, initial preparation and logistics
+ Staffed, resource allocation and set up time budgets for engagement
+ Reviewed the subordinate's work products to ensure quality
+ Worked closely with Audit Manager to understand main duties in each steps
of engagements from planning to final report issuance
+ Arranged final communication to present team's work products
Business Analysis and Evaluation (Finance and Non-finance):
+ Gathered and analysed financial and non-financial information from
engagement clients to outline business situation, evaluated strength and
weakness, identified control deficiencies, significant risks, fraud exposures
+ Propose recommendations for improving operating and add-value to
engagement clients
Accounting, Tax Evaluation and Financial Statement (FS) Preparation:
+ Focused on finding out the client’s accounting and tax problems, significant
issues and ensures that the work performed is in accordance with the
accounting standards, tax regulations and other laws
+ Prepared Financial Statement in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting
Standards (VAS)
+ Gained basic understanding in International Financial Reporting Standards
(IFRS) and consolidated Financial Statement
Building External and Internal Relationships:
+ Developed client relationship by efficient and effective interaction to understand and satisfy client's expectation
+ Demonstrated teamwork dynamics by work as team member or leaded the
team effectively, proactively providing guidance and feedback to direct team
members as well as understanding clearly supervisor's expectation
