ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Planning strategy for Distributor to hit target:
+ Primary Sales (8.4 billion VND) – Secondary Sales (8.5 billion VND)
+ Coverage Outlet / SKUs target
+ Display and utilize promotion on market.
Directly training and coaching SM on field, pushing sales team reach monthly targets.
II. MAIN DUTIES:
Territory Management (1351 outlets, 5 territories, 3 trucks)
Find out potential market, establish long-term, sustainable distribute plan, building
market selling route and necessary logistic equipment.
Distributor Management: (ECO, PC, SKUs)
Availability: Ensure the availability of Unilever products at PoP for both numeric
distribution & stock weight.
Visibility: Build & manage in-store visibility to maximize sales potential of Unilever
products.
Everyday: Build good customer service team (sales + merchandizing + logistics team).
Everywhere: Effective distribution & territory management. ROI: Sustainable business
growth of distributor (primary + secondary sales, stock cover, human resources…)
Distributor Teams Management: (11 Salesman + 5 merchandiser + 1 team leader)
Be a leader, manage Sales Team’s performance hit company expectation.
Be a trainer: training and coaching on fields with new salesman
Be a monitor: monitor Team by NGDMS system, and customer feedback to drive Team
always on Company Orientation
Channel Outlet Management:
Build business plan for groups of customer in 4 channel (FG, Mom&pop, Foods, DTdrugstore)
