 Started as the only in-house Senior legal consultant and built a Legal department of three legal professionals
to provide effective and efficient legal services, risk management and internal control system to the company and its subsidiaries.
 Advising senior management team and Board of Directors on broad range of business matters and corporate
governance including identifying areas of risk and making suggestions for improvement
 Representing THC in the proceedings/dispute resolution. Dealing with 6 cases in 2020 and 2021 by far, all of
which remain in advantage.
 Advised on the project of offshore investment by establishing subsidiaries in Singapore and Switzerland.
 Advised on the acquisition of $ 1.39 million worth of certificate of deposit between THC and a leading coffee
company.
 Member of the Council that led the project of restructuring THC.
 Drafted and issued new company charter, internal regulations of company governance, powers of attorney for
the managers.
 Overseeing company’s intellectual property matters. Achieved respectively 2 copyright certificates for 2 company’s logos and waiting for 2 forthcoming trademark certificates.
 Drafted and issued contract templates for the company e.g.: Purchase contract, Sale master contract, Operation service contract, Fixture note, Transportation contract… and Instruction Manuals (detailed) corresponding to each type of contract template.
 Overseeing weekly regulation update and quarterly legal training for the company.
