M A I N R E S P O N S I B I L I T Y :
- Support in preparing & calculating the monthly payroll for Local & Expat (PIT, SMU,...).
- Work with the third party on managing the SHUI. (increase/decrese/manternity leaves/sick leaves/...)
- Supporting to manage and conrm the payroll for the out-sourced staff.
- Update information of monthly JML (Joiner - Mover - Leaver) on iHRP system (FPT ) and then compare with the excel payroll file.
- Check and perform the declaration on registering the Tax Code & dependent for new joiner
- Support in working with HRBP about the monthly JML (Joiner - Mover - Leaver) to collect the documents for payroll purpose.
- Prepare and check the general data for PIT Finalization 2019 (taxable income, dependents, PIT withheld).
- Responsible for exporting the Tax Receipt and Income Statement for employees who have more than one income source in the year.
- Create Purchase Order for monthly payment on SAP System.

- Perform the Goods Receive on the SAP System.
- Prepare the Annual Health Check-up for 2019 (local & expat).
