Receiving the monthly order from customer and then making simone order based on
Following information from PD team realated to handled styles as well as pattern package from sample room in order to calculate consumption of material.
Passing all consumption to PM team and make sure all are correct to release purchasing order to supplier.
Follow up and handle all issue happen when handled styles go to production floor.
Development styles: receive development style list from customer, pass that list to PD team, pushing pattern guys to make the pattern and then calculate consumption for main material (Leather, PVC, Fabric, Lining, Hardware) combine with outsources (printing cost, burnishing cost…) if any and then put in the system and submit development cost.
Making consumption report as well as development status to Korean manager.
