1) Increase Speed of Packing Machine: Upgrade and modify packing machine spare partup and increase 50% capacity

2) Reduce Packaging Material: Reduce Foil loss in production process
- Lead: 6 team members
- Result: Saved 23,808 USD
3) Reduce Raw Material and WIP Powder: Reduce Powder loss in production process

- Result: Saved 107,630 USD
4) Change the product formula: saving by change new raw material
- Lead: 10 team members
- Result: Saved 169,023 USD
5) Re-use product after Leakage Test: Sort out acceptable sachet and then repack as finished good

6) Reduce PE in production process: Reuse the PE bags after tipping in the station

Facility Upgrading Projects
- Team Leader in Improvement and Increase Capacity Projects: Increase double
production capacity by re-layout production zone (mixing and packing area), set up end of line area and invest new packing machine
- Project Coordinator in Development New Factory project
- Team leader Site Patrol: cooperate with related department to find out and solve the safety, quality, production issues on site and on job training for employees.
- Manages Continuous Improvement projects, including defining project scope,
resources, schedule, layout, estimates, initiation, start-up/design, building, on-site oversight of work, and deployment to see projects from beginning-to-end.
- Co-ordinate with all department to implement, improving worker efficiency and
reducing waste of materials and utilities such as: restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations and automation system, equipment and cost justification of new equipment as necessary
