1. Recruitment:
• Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment administration.
• Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels.
• Recruits, interviews and selects employees to fill vacant positions at staff level for all South Area in accordance with the company’s HR Business Operating System.
• Manages database and HR Software.
• Coordinate the implementation and follow up ISO & Global GAP with HR Specialist at Factory.
2. Learning & Development:
• Conduct on-board training and other training programs when being assigned
• Assist the Training Coordinator in the design, preparation and/or procurement of educational aids and materials.
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
• Assist the Training Coordinator in keeping an updated curriculum database and training records.
3. Employee Branding:
• Develop online recruitment pages (Fanpage, LinkedIn, Website)
• Coordinate the implementation and follow up scholarship project at university with HRBP
• Organize events & Job fair at Universities.
