Legal Executive
Main responsibilities:
Legal
• Structure and draft template of contract, draft advice, opinions (including purchase, consignment, supply goods, e- commerce, service contract, internal documents, etc,..)
• Submit the dossier to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) to register purchase and e-commerce websites, apps (Shopping TV or OMNI Shop on FPT Play).
• Submit documents to the DPI to amend, supplement the ERC, charter capital, shareholders.
• Research and update legal regulations on the company's business sectors including but not limited to E- Commerce, retail, payment,..
• Providing legal advice on legal matters/projects/transactions of the company to the CEO/BOD.
• Support other departments by playing a key legal advisory role in relation to B2C sectors (supply chain, distribution center, E-Commerce, etc) commercial matters.
