Responsible for building Marketing Team, Brand Plan and implementing Brand Plan for Tiger Beer, ABC Stout and Nam Khong Beer in Laos (a green field project, building a new brewery from scratch)

 Develop Brand ID guide for Tiger Beer in Laos
 Develop and Manage Marketing Staff to execute Brand Plan to launch and establish Tiger Beer and other brands.
 Recruit, coach and groom Marketing Staff who managed different brands(Tiger Team, ABC team, Nam Khong team)
 Build standard Brand Health tracking system.
 Develop Merchandise guideline and coach Sales team to use it
