Paralegal Contacting clients for the provision of necessary documents by email in English, Japanese or Vietnamese.
 Preparing documents relating to:
 Company establishment  Result: Successfully applied for licenses for 02 new foreign-invested
companies and 01 new Vietnamese company.
 Work permit, temporary residence card and personal documents of client such as Health Certificate,
Judicial Records,…  Result: Successfully applied for 02 new work permits, 01 reissuance of the
work permit and 01 confirmation of exempt from work permit, 02 temporary residence card.
 License information update of many companies such as Legal Representative, Business Lines and
others.
 Other licenses such as Business License for Sale of goods and other related activities, License for Sale
of alcohol for on-premises consumption.
 Contacting with officers of competent state agency by phone, email or direct dialogue until the job is completed.
 Researching and answering legal issues to clients by email or phone.
 Supporting other employees or superior by preparing, translating, reviewing legal documents.
 Preparing Monthly News Letter for superiors.
 Reporting the job progress for superiors and clients.
 Performing other jobs as assigned by superiors.
