Main responsibilities:
I represented for owner in project management at TMS Hotel Danang Beach project with scale is 230 5 stars hotel apartments (01/2018 to 6/2019), and TMS Hotel & Residences Quy Nhon project with scale include: 736 luxury apartments, 328 5 stars hotel rooms (7/2019 to currently), the main works summary below.
- Providing appropriate design, equipments, technical solutions of all items, function areas how to meet standards and suitable with the use of the hotel, apartment project, work with stakeholders according to the process for approval and implementation.
- Participating in evaluation, choice and changing the contractors, facilities, equipment/systems in whole the projects progression.
- Working with stakeholders, Consulting-Supervising Unit, Contractor, etc. related project management works, plan, safety, environment, deploying construction items work.
- Organizing and assigning personnel team to perform the supervision and cross-evaluation of items to ensure construction quality, volume, progress according to plan.
- Be a member of TMS Group's Project Inspection and Acceptance Board, organize the plan, carry out the inspection and testing works of all construction items, equipment/systems to accept and hand over the projects to be put into operation, presides the entire MEPF section.
- Chairing of inspecting all dossiers, completion drawings, signed contracts to review the compliance with contract terms, checking the actual construction quality before signing acceptance and proceeding with next settlement procedures, advise the Board of Directors to solve problems and arise related.
- Presiding over the plan and work with contractors and stakeholders to implement the entire work of defect repair and finishing project works.
- Coordinating to work with authority departments to accept and approve the license for putting the projects into operation.
As a Assistant support for CEO in the works:
Chairing to takeover the projects from TMS Group's Project Inspection and Acceptance Board, support management & operation whole the Properties in first time of operation before handover for operating team, it is including but no limitted the works: Operation team building and training program, establish the management system forms, SOP, SOS, Guideline, budget for pre opening & the first year operation, procure the facilities and fixtures for operation, etc.
Achievements:
Experience overall the works of project manager in construction stage and property manager in pre-opening, first time of operation stage of hotel, apartment, commercial projects.

Từ 2017 đến 2018: Trưởng phòng/ Quản lý cấp trung tại VINMEC HEALTHCARE SYSTEM- VINMEC DANANG INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL
Main responsibilities:
- Onsite representing for owner at the project in constructing & completing phases, work with PMU, Consultant Unit, Contractors and related parties to solve problems, arising, changing design, etc. I had managed and supported the project deployed with smooth and exact in all matters as owner's desire.
Providing proposals of changing appropriate design, equipments, technical solutions of all items, function areas how to meet JCI standards and suitable with the use of the international hospital project, work with stakeholders according to the process for approval and implementation.
Working with stakeholders, Consulting-Supervising Unit, Contractor, etc. related project management works, plan, safety, environment, deploying construction items work.
Organizing and assigning personnel team to perform the supervision and cross-evaluation of items to ensure construction quality, volume, progress according to plan.
- Chairing the Owner’s Project Inspection and Acceptance Board to organize the plan, carry out the Testing & Checking whole the items, systems of the project to accept & handover, put into operation on time as owner’s schedule approved.
- Chairing of inspecting all dossiers, completion drawings, signed contracts to review the compliance with contract terms, checking the actual construction quality before signing acceptance and proceeding with next settlement procedures, advise the Board of Directors to solve problems and arise related.
- Presiding over the plan and work with contractors and stakeholders to implement the entire work of defect repair and finishing project works.
- Coordinating to work with authority departments to accept and approve the license for putting the projects into operation.
- Chairing support all works related to the management and operation of the project from the setup stage after handover to the first stage of operation.
Achievements:
- Experience overall the projectable manager works from construction to operation stages of 5 stars international hospital project.
- Coordinating to prepare a national and international event(APEC 2017).
